The Brightspace learning management system automatically provides a course for every University of Southern California class. Once faculty members are officially added to USC services, they will receive access to Brightspace and may access and attend training on the platform. Ahead of access to the platform, this page provides resources for faculty to become familiar with the platform and understand the basics.
Fall Faculty Kick Off
During the month of August, Fall Faculty Kick-offs are held to provide an overview of our transition to Brightspace as well as a review of the training and support options available. Check out the recording and slide materials – log in with your USC NetID may be required.

Join a Brightspace Bootcamp
Prepare for Brightspace with our Brightspace Bootcamps, a series of four consecutive hour-long sessions. Bootcamps are available to all instructors, staff and teaching assistants. Each session builds on the prior day’s topics.
