Frequently Requested Brightspace Forms

  • Request an Archived Blackboard Course: All prior Blackboard content, including course content & student data is saved in the Blackboard Archive. Instructors can submit a request to access their courses via the Request an Archived Course form.
  • Request a Third-Party Tool: Submit a request for consideration and processing of a “Third Party” tool into Brightspace for your academic use (i.e. University-wide, school, or course).
  • Non-Student Information System (SIS) Course or Organization: Request a Brightspace non-SIS (non-Registrar) course or organization to collaborate within a department, with other faculty, staff, and/or students.
  • Request a Merged Course: Request for multiple Brightspace courses to be combined, or merged, into one course. This is often done to streamline communications and content for multiple sections of one course.
