Steps to Fix the “Automatic Zeros” On Quizzes
Instructors might encounter an issue of Brightspace giving out automatic zeros to students on quizzes, follow the steps below for a quick fix:
Step 1) Navigate to existing quizzes and select the specific quiz
Step 2) Expand the ‘Evaluation & Feedback’ drop-down menu
Step 3) Uncheck the first box you see stating ‘Auto-publish attempt results immediately upon completion’ (see photo below)
