If your unit does not have a Domain Admin or would like to request additional Domain Admins for your unit, please follow the instructions below to start the process.
Gather the following prerequisites required before submitting a request:
- Proof of FERPA Training
- Proof of Dean’s approval (i.e., email confirmation), including the specific department or school the DA/DA+ needs access for
- Approver contact information (Dean or equivalent)
Once all documentation is available, complete the Brightspace Domain Admin Access and Training form. This form automatically requests training with the Brightspace system administrator. All individuals requesting both Domain Admin and Domain Admin+ roles must complete the training before role provisioning.
