Brightspace Course Templates

The course templates below will help instructors with designing a new course in Brightspace. When you import a course template, a skeleton of a course is created where instructors can modify, add to, or further develop their course. Please refer to the table below for the downloadable zip files for the course templates and an explanation on each. Instructors should check with their program or school instructional design team for any requirements regarding course structure and content.

Note: Do not unzip the course template files on your computer. Doing so will prevent a successful upload to Brightspace.
